Fans abroad want to pay for your manga

Upload a chapter. BakuHub translates it into your readers' languages and publishes it. 80% of what readers pay is yours, and you see how many read each chapter and what it earned.

Apply free (about 3 minutes)

No upfront or monthly fees. Once approved, BakuHub can advance your first chapters' translation, repaid only from sales: if it doesn't sell, you owe nothing.

We review every application by hand; the result shows in your creator area. Meanwhile you can upload chapters and get them ready.

  • Your copyright stays yours. Non-exclusive.
  • Never used to generate images or copy your style

Why

They want to read you. Three things stop them.

  • They can't read it

Your story is in Japanese. Readers abroad wait for a fan translation, or never find you at all.

  • They can't pay you

With no official edition in their language, there's nowhere to pay you, so they read pirated copies instead.

  • You can't see them

You don't know who reads you abroad, or which language is worth it.

BakuHub fixes all three: a translation, an official place to buy, and reader numbers.

How it works

You upload. Readers abroad pay you.

Pricing

No monthly fee. Most of what readers pay is yours.

Pay from sales

$0 upfront

40% → 80%

your share while repaying → after

BakuHub covers the translation of your first chapters (up to $100 to start, growing to $800 as you repay). 50% of your share of each sale repays it, then it's all yours. Repaid only from sales: never from your own pocket.

You pay the translation

80%

of what readers pay is yours

Pay the translation with credits, page by page. Publishing your original untranslated keeps the same share.

BakuHub pays the translation

By invitation

60%

of what readers pay is yours

For series we invite: BakuHub pays the translation, up to a monthly allowance, for a bigger share of the sales.

Translation is paid once per chapter and language, and the chapter keeps selling after. Start with one or two languages, then add the ones readers ask for.

Only the lettering comes off. Your art stays.

The AI only patches the background where the lettering was erased: tones and line work. Then it letters the bubbles in the reader's language. It never draws characters or new art.

Gets better

Every chapter reads better than the last.

  1. 01

    The memory learns

Each chapter adds names, places, skills and how every character speaks. Lock a rendering and every chapter after uses it.

  2. 02

    You approve the fix

Fix the line and publish again. Lock the right name or term, and every chapter after uses it.

The memory belongs to your series alone. Your pages are never used to generate images or imitate your style.

Web edition first

Start with a web edition and see what readers want.

  1. 01

    Web edition

Serialize chapter by chapter in an AI translation you approve. Chapter 1 is free, so new readers can find you.

  2. 02

    Watch the numbers

Views, readers, sales and earnings for every chapter show you what's working.

FAQ

Common questions from creators.

You keep all rights, and it's non-exclusive. BakuHub only gets permission to translate and sell the editions you publish here, and only while they're published. Keep posting on pixiv, X, FANBOX or anywhere else. Original works only: fan works based on someone else's series can't be sold.

Readers pay BakuHub, which keeps its share (card fees included) and pays you the rest once a month: on the 1st, for the month before. Payout details are arranged with each creator before their first payout.

BakuHub doesn't train any model on your pages: they're processed only to translate and publish your series. The AI provider that does the translation doesn't use API inputs for training by default.

Yes. Open a chapter in your dashboard to read and edit every line, then publish. Fix something later and publish again. Readers see that it's an AI translation approved by you.

It's an AI translation that reads the whole chapter first and keeps a memory of your series: who speaks how, and every name, place and skill. Choose professional proofreading and a person checks every page.

English · 繁體中文 · 简体中文 · 日本語 · 한국어 · Español · Français · Bahasa Indonesia. Your original is published as you drew it; the others are translated, and you pick which ones each series goes out in.

No monthly fee. Pay the translation yourself (or publish the original untranslated) and you keep 80% of what readers pay. Or pay it from sales: BakuHub advances it, and 50% of your part of each sale repays it. For invited series where BakuHub pays the translation, you keep 60%. Card fees are included in BakuHub's share.
